Chad’s experience within the wine industry is evident through the diversity of his skillsets.
During wine business studies, he laid his viticultural foundations, helping to establish his family’s vineyard in the Barossa.
Following with senior roles in retail & tourism, export logistics, domestic & international sales and brand & communications, he has gained broad perspective.
He has worked within family enterprise and group-owned structures, as well as experience within national industry representative bodies.
In executive leadership positions, he has led teams toward strategic goals, delivered capital projects and supported business owners in succession planning.
A communicator by heart, Chad has a track record of elevating brands. He loves nothing more than digging deep into the tenets of your brand and identifying opportunities to build upon its distinctiveness.
In 2021, Chad was recognised as one of 39 South Australians to be awarded the Industry Leaders Fund scholarship. The scholarship allowed him to further his management competencies through Adelaide University’s Transformative Leadership Program.
